App is very bad, it doesn’t show all trackers, only one by one, and is not accurate, and to add new device is very non intuitive you have to login then create new account in the device then log out then login in new account and then add, it took hours to manage it and still very bad… I regret for spending money on this useless devices. I recommend to start by updating your app.

Using this for a pet tracker, and the whole system is just the worst ever. Terrible user experience. Not intuitive at all.

The app is OK for just rough idea. But it’s not accurate when you need it to be. Half the time it shows my car parked down the street, instead of my house! 
If you go on a long trip, it plays back beautiful trail. But if you are in a small area, let’s say within 5 km range, and you go back and forth with long stops in between, the tracking is erroneous and trail plaid back is jumpy.

Одно из лучших приложений для работы с GPS-трекерами. Те кто пишет плохие отзывы, а описывает проблемы работы с трекером - ребята разберитесь как работают gps-трекеры в начале или покупайте оригинальный устройства.

L’application est très bien, peut être un petit peut compliquée à programmer au début mais en demandant conseil à mon vendeur tout est devenu très clair. Quelques bug de temps à autres mais vites réglés grâce aux mises à jour fréquentes. Je recommande 👍🏼

Finalement le tracker fonctionne très bien, mais nécessite une carte SIM avec un peu de data.
Pour le prix demandé c’est une affaire mais la prise en main est compliquée.
Nb:
Le tracker peut aussi servir dans une voiture,
Pour un chat
Ou une personne âgée.
Mais il faut recharger la batterie régulièrement.

Hello!

We have encountered an issue with version 1.73 of the 365GPS app from the Apple App Store, identified on July 5, 2026.

We have an account with five trackers assigned to it. When switching between trackers using the device list at the top of the screen, the app continues to display the coordinates and the device name and IMEI (in general all the information) of the same tracker instead of updating to the selected one.

The Android version (v6.90(50)) works correctly and switches between trackers as expected. Therefore, the issue appears to be specific to the iPhone version of the app.
