Terrible App
Like everyone else, I hated the updates on the app. The interface was not intuitive. What upsets me the most is that 3 years worth of tracking has suddenly disappeared. No idea why the information was wiped, it was there a few days ago and now it’s gone. Deleting the app now. Since I have to start over new, I may as well find a better app.Show lessKmacRoni

Lost about 8 years of data

Data lost
I have been using this app for years to track my cycles because of its easy format. As of today all my data has been wiped and I cant find a way to get it back. I recently updated my phone software and app which may have caused the issue? I cant find any information on how to troubleshoot this. I’m worried I wont get back my history, especially the past year which I really need.Show less//Lisa//
PLEASE READ!
I, too, came here to complain and possibly reach out to customer support about being logged out. I saw a review that stated to click on “Get Started” instead of “log in” which seems weird because get started is for new users but it worked. Get started > input basic details of your period and it automatically goes back to your account.
Problematic, yes. But at least we haven’t lost all of our data yet.

i have never written a review in my life on here, but i used to love this app and have been using it for 9 years, it is the only period app i’ve ever used as it was always reliable for me but suddenly opened today and all my data has been wiped and it’s telling me to make an account :( i am a long time user of this app and thought i would never use another but it’s very upsetting that it would just delete years worth of data without warningShow lesssafthegiraffe
Don’t download it - useless
I’ve been using this app for years and after an update last year, was contemplating deleting it as it was no longer fit for purpose and the adverts were getting beyond annoying. I log in today to find that ALL my period data for the last 6 years is gone and there is no way to retrieve it. Ridiculous and very annoying. I should have gone with my gut and deleted this app years ago. If you’re thinking of downloading this, do yourself a favour and go and get any of the other many period tracking apps. There are too many choices to be suffering through this app.Show lessGB saver
Not secure-don’t use-seems compromised
I used this app for many many years, not because I researched the best app but because it was what I found at the time. It has ads but I could mostly ignore them. This morning 10 years of data was missing, my profile was gone. I was devastated.
I tried to log in with what I assume was my login, even tho I have never had to log in ever in 10 years. I could literally type in any combination of email and password and it would put me into an empty profile. I put in some data at that time. I tried to reset my password and the page in the site to reset my password did not encrypt my new password while typing it in. When I used the new password to log in to the app again, it was empty instead of the 1 data element I just entered before that. I believe that this app may have been compromised. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can enter the program to find the settings page -> restore data, you don't need to fill in the account number and password, just click the "Restore from local data" button. After repair, all data can be recovered.Lost data

Lost all my data
I have been using the app for 8 years and it has been great.
Today I open it up and it has deleted all my data. I’m so annoyed and I won’t continue using it because of thiskiwichick85
