  • LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT (but was helped by developer)

    I have been locked out of my account and cannot reset my password. I put in my email and it told me error user not found. I’ve been using this app since 2013 and now I’m locked out. I tried emailing the company but my email bounced. I don’t know if this is due to the fascist Supreme Court getting rid of Roe v Wade or if it was due to the update, but either way I’m upset. To the developer: please help me log back in!

  • USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    I had been using this app since 2012 with no issues until their most recent update, which they didn’t communicate was a completely new app. With the new app, ALL the data from the previous version was wiped. There was no prior notification in app or via any other means about this “update”, and then a two line instruction in the app on how to restore the data after the update. When I contacted customer support after failing to recover the data as directed in the app multiple times. I was told there was nothing they could do and all that data was gone forever.
    I suppose I should be relieved that my data is no longer in the hands of such irresponsible app and data managers.

  • The app just deleted my account

    I was using this for years and enjoyed it - great tracking. I just tried to sign in and I’m signed out. What’s worse, is the app doesn’t recognize any of my email addresses to get my password so I can’t get back in or access any of those years of data!!!! I am SO frustrated right now!!! If anyone from this app is reading this - please contact me to help get my data back!!!

  • All my data is gone

    I have used this app since 2018 and just yesterday the app was working fine and everything was doing great but I open the app today to find out most of my data from the past months have been erased when I know I have been tracking and I’ve tried the “Restore from local data” thing and it’s still not giving me back my data that was just there yesterday before the app updated and it’s really making me upset that I cant get my data back and my data that is there is all messed up and wrong from what I have been tracking the past months and it’s messing everything up.

  • Restore data tips

    If you thought you lost all your data in the update, try this (I never made a profile or logged in): Tap “get started” and put in your cycle length & duration as best you can, then go to app settings and scroll down til a tab “restore data” then tap “local data” (it looks greyed out but it isn’t). the app will ask you to “merge” so tap ok. voila!

  • Deleting

    After years of using this app without an account and not having any issues with updates, i lost all my info with the last update. I have been increasingly frustrated with using this over time, the ads are relentless and the pastel colours used within the months are not bright enough or clear enough to be able to understand at a glance.
    So deleting this now and finding something else.

  • 10+ years of tracking- GONE!!

    This app was great for so long, but with the latest update ALL of my 10 years of period tracking history is gone without warning. To say I’m upset is an understatement. Update- I received a response from the developer letting me know how to resolve the issue and retrieve the info that was stored in my phone— I had to try a couple ways to get the latest update (in the App Store it was showing me the App had been updated), and once I was sure I had the latest update I was able to restore all data! I’m editing my review and giving a full 5 stars! Thank you!

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. We have released the latest version 4.7.5. After updating the program, you can enter the program to find the settings page -> restore data, you don't need to fill in the account number and password, just click the "Restore from local data" button. After repair, all data can be recovered
  • Horrible *w/update

    I am very upset. I have been using this app for a year and had every period tracked with it. And now everything I had is gone. I got a message cause the stupid abortion law came into play and I guess they sent out a message about it. And I go log my info and everything I ever had is erased. And it’s telling me to log in and I don’t remember my log in. And then I go to forgot password and put the only email I every use and it’s saying no account found with that email address. Very very disappointed.

    Apple/BHI technologies reached out and showed me how to restore my data. Which I tried and it worked out. Thank goodness. Got my years worth of data back. Thank you!

    Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you, I suggest you use your account and new password to enter the program, you can enter the program to find the Settings page - >; restore data, you don't need to fill in the account number and password, just click the "Restore from local data" button. After repair, all data can be recovered.
  • Newest update worked.

    I used to like this app until I opened it up recently to find that almost 10 years of my period tracking along with symptom tracking was gone. It would have been nice to have a warning.

    Update - the newest update from the developer gave me back all my previous data. Thank you. I’ve used this app for almost 10 years. Besides the temporary loss of my data , this app has been good for me. I like that I can get alerts when I’m about to start my cycle. I also appreciate that I can log symptoms. This really helps me with knowing my cycle patterns.

  • Update erased all data for current users

    Suddenly today, I open the app to have to create a sign in. Which is new & would be fine….

    BUT it’s erased any and all data I had saved the last couple of years 🤬

    Sorry, but I could never trust your app again.

    Changing my 5 star down to a 2-3 star for that reason.
