## What is 37 Days?

37 Days is a simple challenge app for people trying to follow through on a focused season of change.

Set the rules you want to live by, check in each day, and keep your progress visible. The app gives you a daily place to log how you did, see your streak, talk with the group, and track where you stand on the leaderboard.

Plus adds deeper accountability: personal goals, weekly challenges, reflections, Phone Goals for limiting distracting apps with iOS Screen Time, and extra progress tools.

No complicated habit system. Just a clear daily check-in, a community around you, and enough structure to keep going.
