Tuner doesn't work
Since the last update the tuner no longer works and there's no way to contact support. Where's my refund? Or do you just take the money n run?

Tuner doesn't work with iOS 7
I've used this app for a long time now, particularly the tuner, and found it very useful. Since upgrading to iOS 7 however, it no longer works. Please fix this. Thanks for finally fixing it. Not very happy with how you've reset all reviews etc trying to hide the flaw. I don't really understand why you did that, everyone would accept problems changing to iOS 7, but it's almost as if you're trying to pretend there's no problem. Difficult to do when you had so many users that could no longer use your app. Hmm. Is that how you think it's acceptable to treat us? Tut tut d'addario, I expected better of you. Oh well, congratulations on fixing the problem. Slightly less impressed with the way you tried to hide the fact there was a problem at all.

Tune doesn't work with iOS7 - a once great app no longer any use to me. Please sort this asap
Pretty Good, but...
I like the app. I think it is well organized and thought out. I only have one gripe that I hope will be corrected soon. I get no sound! Now, for most tasks, to me, it's not a big issue. However, when using the chord finder, it is an issue. Additionally, when I clicked on technical support, the page did not exist. So, tech support, plz fix this issue and I will revise my review! Peace.

Used to work great - now, not so much
This app has great features and I love it, but it's very buggy with IOS 6. In the past, I've recommended this app and have shown it off to lots of my friends and family. But now, as others have noted, you have to reboot your phone to get the audio to work. This problem has been around for months, and until they get fixed, I can't recommend this app.

Fix the sound!
I have had this app for a long time. But without the sound it is quit useless. I think PW has had plenty of time to address this. Fix it.

Audio doesn't work
I reviewed this shortly after I got it and said that, once you reboot your phone after installing it, the audio in the app was fine. That's what the Planet Waves website said to do. It DID work, but once you shut down the app and reopen it a day later the audio is gone. Therefore, in order to hear the chords or scales in the "finder" portions of the app, you will have to reboot your phone every time. It's fairly useless at that point (the audio) - who is that patient??. If you have your guitar in your hands, however, you can simply play the chord. It's just disappointing that this problem has been complained about for so long and Planet Waves doesn't have any inclination to fix it. They have many great products, but should stay out of the app business if they don't have the wherewithal to put in the effort.
