寄了135个N95口罩去中国，在缴纳了67欧元的运费后，37express不管三七二十一无端地额外从我的100欧元的押金里又克扣了90欧元的所谓的超重费。想申请退回剩下的几欧元押金，不但不给按照原来的线路退款，而且我还必须提供地址、电子邮箱、电话号码、银行账号、护照证件…… 想取回剩余押金，客户必须卖身。

2020年1月25号到13区37速运门店邮寄两个包裹，招到恶劣的服务态度并且辱骂客人，（短头发，单眼皮的中年妇女）只因为多问了几个问题。

一开始因为忘记密码求助工作人员是否可以帮我找回密码（曾经看见有其他客人因为丢失密码，工作人员帮助找回过）但招到拒绝，说她不会，不知道，不可能帮你找，自己弄。

中途有一位男士（可能是老板）进到门店，这位女士工作人员忽然从座位上站起来（因为她之前全程坐着，只有喊好几遍 才不情愿的站起来帮我点一下邮寄页面，并且每次都是点一半就不管了，让我非常窝火还有一点屈辱，好像每次要求她的感觉）那位男士进来以后，她立刻变了一副面孔，居然主动问我，美女 你弄好了吗？男士走的时候还贴心嘱咐路上小心呀，然后马上又一屁股坐回去，立马重新掉着脸不搭理客人，这种阳奉阴违的工作态度让人恶心！让人觉得在店里工作不需要耐心平和对待客人，只需要拍老板马屁就可以了，这种阳奉阴违的态度让人作呕！

后面因为邮寄奶粉的时候货物重量问题再次询问被工作人员，招到斥责说我啰嗦，让我重新拆箱找条形码，我拿着奶粉外包装的条形码说我有，她说要开箱找里面的并且说道“你别跟我犟，我说什么就是什么，你什么都不懂，还啰里八嗦的”我难道不就是因为不懂才问了几个问题吗？我回答“如果大家都懂的话，那用机器就好了，何须要你一个员工呢？问你一点问题真的很像挤牙膏，让我感觉很累”（因为我每次都需要试探性而且小心翼翼生怕惹怒工作人员的感觉，让我非常不舒服）当时我已经打开包装重新把奶粉拿出来并且递给工作人员了，我说我已经拿出来了，你的服务态度不好，我的要求是在合理范围以内，我可以投诉你，随后就招到她一系列的辱骂，说我一直在这里啰里八嗦的，并且叫嚣到，你去啊！去找老板投诉啊！去找客服投诉！

我还怕你？你算个什么东西！还唆使我动手说到“你来打我啊，你打得过我吗？你来啊 来动手啊，手以挑衅者的姿态挥舞着，并且把我的奶粉摔到桌子上，你爱寄不寄，你有本事你就坐在这等我们老板吧，来来来 坐这坐这，脸上带着得意的样子，侮辱性非常强，让我十分愤怒。

我在37速运邮寄包裹从2016年到现在已经5年了，这次的遭遇让我非常失望和难过，一个有诸多门面的邮寄公司，因为有这样的一个工作人员打破以往的形象感到很遗憾。

在疫情和封城的情况下，很多商家都更加贴心谨慎的态度来对待客人，而且对面还有法翔速运竞争激烈的情况下，尽然有员工公开辱骂并且摔客人包裹，不禁让人联想到后台管理水平的是否还在正轨上。

-现在疫情严重还有竞争对手，大家都珍惜客源的情况下，客人问了几个问题（包括界面上如何下单，密码丢失，没有找到相关页面）就是啰嗦？

-我质疑已经有条形码了，还需要重新打开包裹，再三想确认一下就是犟？认为我在针对她？

-我说你的工作态度很不好，就叫嚣让我去投诉老板，去投诉客服，她不怕，这种嚣张气焰让人十分震撼。

-最后唆使 让我动手打她，这种下三滥的挑唆行为让人不耻和恶心。

-最后我打电话去总部投诉，总部给出的方案是换一家寄，呵呵……

我从16年开始在37速运寄到现在5年了，因为习惯和方便，今天遇到如此跋扈的工作人员和客服后期处理的方式让人感到心寒和失望。
