The App worked perfectly for me, and of course you have to pay to support the artists work, I think it's only fair... I don't say this just because the guy who created this App is an artist friend of mine; I purchased the books he illustrated because as an artist, I think it's worth to see others artwork... And I loved the design of both the interface and the stories! As for the narrations, I think it could have been better to have different voices for the characters and not always the same girl talking. Apart from that, I think it's perfect! Keep up the good work, Joao! :)

Horrible crap
Don't waste your time. It doesn't work and you have to buy each story separaty. I would give it no stars! This is a scam for your money!
Worthwhile
I was leery to purchase this application because of the reviews, but I'm glad I did anyway.
They only give you one free short book, and the rest you must buy for $0.99 each. Overall my 4 year old daughter and I agree that they did a good job with them. The voice is clear and empathetic of the emotion trying to be conveyed in the words of the story. (except the Christmas book, that one has got a TERRIBLE narrator) We recommend it.

Secret rip off!
My 3 yr old can auto click & buy books!!! So far this "free" app has cost me over $10!!!!!! There is no where under settings or on the app to turn this functionality off...& 4 more books arrived today. Nooooo!
I wish.....
They had a rapunzel book or little mermaid they should have one of every fairy tale and some unusual ones as well because I am a child and when I have a bedtime story the fun of it is not knowing what's going to happen or dare I say it, it's boring!!
Perfect for the kiddies
Whilst the stories aren't exciting for adults - my 3 yo and 8 yo love it. Plenty of entertainment for the little ones
