I use this every work day it’s Great!
I keep my schedule my worked hours, canceled shifts, days off, and where, when and total hours worked even who I worked with and what I did that day and where I worked since I work 2 jobs. Couldn’t do without this app been using it for years!
Great schedule organizer
I have used this app for a few years now and it’s great for the crazy shift work schedules I have worked. I have a 35 day rotating shift schedule now and I was able to put in one rotation and it auto filled for the next 2 years. Also great that you can click any day and add a note or event to it. The color coordinating is a plus also

Love this app it makes life so much easier when you're working shifts, but when you get a new phone it's not backed up and you have to start all over again, it also doesn’t copy to other devices I’ve got the app on my phone and my iPad but I still have to put it in manually
Best way to keep on top of my shifts
I’d be lost without this app. Easy to use, easy to keep track of shifts. Able to input multiple different shift times etc.
Frozen
App is frozen and I can’t do anything! Very inconvenient when my entire schedule is on this app. It usually works very well but it has been frozen for days! I am hesitant to delete and reload because I lost ALL of my info when I had to do the data migration a few months ago (without warning I might add AND the info on moving my data to the new app was about 5 steps too late in the process so I lost everything).

Amazed
I’ve tried multiple schedule/work calendars and all the previous “free” ones would only let you make a couple custom days and then you’d have to pay for more. So far with this one I have 5 custom days and little notes for pay periods, if you need a work schedule or any kind of planner this one is definitely worth the download!

Awesome app!
I love this app! Been using it for 3 years now and I look at it daily instead of my calendar on my iPhone. I love how I can enter emojis and be able to see my schedule at a glance. For example, a birthday cake will remind me that I have a party to attend that day. I also like how I can enter different work shifts and customize the colors. Recommend it to all, whether you use it as a work or personal calendar!

Great for multiple shift workers
I think this app is great. I bought it a few years ago, then with an update it wouldn’t give me the shift table that compares multiple users anymore. So I had to buy the yearly subscription which is annoying paying twice. It is too useful to do without though. I do like it’s ease of use and easy to read. Comparing my shifts with my husband is good

Great app
I work rotating shifts and this is the perfect tool for me to input shifts, edit them, make notes, and make sure I'm at work when I'm supposed to be. Does exactly what it should. Only suggestion is I would like the ability to add notes and shifts at the same time. Also, if I scroll ahead to the next month and then change input modes to add a shift or note, it takes me back to the current day. Minor things that could be streamlined in my opinion.

Good App
I’m an RN, 12-hour variable shifts. Apple’s calendar isn’t compatible with entering shifts. Google calendar is ok, but only the desktop version. So ShiftWorkCal does the job. It could be prettier or fancier, and I tried coordinating it with the Apple calendar, which didn’t work so well. But it’s a good, free app. The commercials aren’t intrusive, I see them rarely and I use this app everyday (I use it as my primary calendar & rarely open Apple’s calendar anymore - just enter 1x appointments as notes).
