I normally do not get my ink on sale. So it was nice to get a two pack on sale for $40. I also found out that I could earn cash back by recycling my ink cartridges. Doing my purchases in app allowed me to apply my coupons with ease. Thanks a bunch.DivineGoaler
Sad but true
As an artist I always end up attempting to do business with my local Office Depot only to struggle with a glitchy website or a painfully disappointing experience in person, I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had more failed attempts at having prints made here than I have had successfully places orders,anything from glitched out website, wrong printing material/wrong sizes, missing orders, cancelled orders, delayed turn around from material shortages, damaged prints, inconsistent print colors you name. I hope one day they can improve the quality of their website and make it more user friendly, also hope as a frequent customer for the in store experience to improve.Show lesscheif mota

I have loved being a long time customer with office max, even tho I had to re- register to be in the system twice since my account started in California and now in Hawaii, I feel I deserve my rewards for items I have brought that is not on my account. Other then that It’s a great place to shop for office and cleaning products and wonderful customer service.Show lessDreamC$

I keep getting push advertisements despite opting out of all ads. The app also bugs me to update it, when I’m using the just released version! I’ve opted out of advertising, but Office Depot still pushes advertising notifications at me. I don’t care about your stupid Tech Tuesday deals! 🤬 STOP IT WITH THE ADVERTISING NOTIFICATIONS ALREADY! 😡 Purchasing items is a hassle. There are separate forms for each payment method and you can’t apply coupons/gift cards/store credit to anything except a credit card payment. Users should be able to apply discounts FIRST before going to the payment screen. 😡 STOP IT WITH THE PUSH ADVERTS! I DON’T WANT AN OFFICE CHAIR! 🤬 Can I give this app zero stars? Just stop it already. 🙁

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please let us know when you opted out of the push notification as we fixed this issue recently. And about applying coupons, there is an option to add coupons in the cart page by just entering the coupon number irrespective of the payment option. Thank you!Rewards Problem
The app does not register rewards at all, only giving the option to ‘sign up’. As a result, you can never use your rewards except in store. (The online computer site has this problem too).BanraiDelta
Business Cards
I tried to order Same Day Business cards. I didn’t receive any notice about my order till the next day. I get an email saying that Apple Pay didn’t okay the charges ($13). I checked my account and, I have enough to cover it. So, I tried again. Still nothing. I put in the order in the morning and heard nothing. I decided to cancel that as well.Show lessJaeMaeSrey
Bad app
I have been using the Office Depot app for about half year or so. During this half year, there are several times I could not login through the app (while I can still use the website to login), and each time when this issue happens, it takes them couple days to fix this. Glitch weekly, like the price for things are not updated during the weekends. I don’t know how could an app be so unreliable.Show lessAlinaIsAGood

I recieved excellent help via the telephone first. I asked if a product was in stock. Young man checked and they did. I asked about curbside service and how to do it. He explained fully. I used curbside service and it worked like a charm. So 5 stars the staff who helped me and the app was easy to use. I love the large print too. Ps I needed curbside because disabled. Office Depot - Sylmar
After some ups & downs, Office Depot - Sylmar, is on point!! I regularly submit copy orders online and my most recent one had many details. Victoria went through everything & took the time to call me with questions. My order was ready early & carefully packed in a big box. Manager Mayra is a great asset to this store, as well.
