  • Improvements good, still need a few tweaks

    Love the improvements that have been made for the App, but if the App has a place to add receipts that have been missed would be another nice feature. (If there is a place to add receipts like one of the assistants says, it is not easily accessible)
  • Print Services

    Print service at this store today was a. The print service staff did not know how to use the folding machine & showed no since of urgency in completing the requested service. I was told the job would be ready later in the day. I returned later this evening after receiving a text indicating the job was completed. When I picked up the job it had still not been folded as initially requested. Fortunately, Aaron took over and promptly completed the job. He was very helpful and apologetic for the unsatisfactory service I received today.

  • Now working as expected with 9.13 update !!

    Originally had problems with ver 9.12 but were fixed with latest update to 9.13 !! Now there is no freeze app, everything working good. I kept the original comment for reference only.

    Using latest version 9.12 and iphone 7-plus with ios 12.4. I installed it, log in, use it and everything works ok. But if you are closing background apps by double clicking the home button and swiping up, the next time you open the app it only shows a white screen with officemax/ officedepot logo, nothing else, no even for a few minutes. The only way to fix it is to uninstall the app and start over.

  • Has a mind of its own

    Trying to order an item for my son in college. If I put his name in the shipping address, his name replaces my name in the profile for my account and in the billing address. I had to do it at least a couple of times to correct my name in he profile after I placed the order. My son’s name still appears on the billing address of the order which is incorrect. The payment appears to have gone through though?! It also still shows my son’s initials on the upper left corner of the screen even though I corrected my name in my profile?! One more, it took the phone number I had for my son with the shipping address and added it to my profile. At least this time, it did not replace may profile phone number.

    Bottom line, this app needs serious debugging or it may simply not worth the hassle using it.

    Absolutely Luv the rewards, but I too have had problems with the app,but am willing to give another try. Problems ranging from coupons not working and coupon terms being too confusing,to only half of my order being placed?, I can’t recall all the other problems with app but over time there was definitely an assortment, that’s why I stopped shopping with them online.

  • There’s rarely any of them where I live.

    I’ll give it a 3 star rating to be fair. I liked this store as a Staples alternative store. However here in the Southern New Jersey area there’s no more stores. There used to be stores in Turnersville, Deptford, and most recently Voorhees NJ. All of them closed. Otherwise I would have to go to Philadelphia to go to that store. Gotta ask if it’s worth it or not. It was a fun store while it lasted.

  • Does Not Honor Notifications Settings

    Within the app, I have toggled off the three notifications settings to indicate that I do NOT want notifications for special offers, nor do I want personalized alerts of any kind. Lo and behold, the app is still sending me push notifications about sales and discount offers every week. This despite the settings being toggled off.

    Additionally, I placed an online order two months ago which later indicated the order was ready for store pick up. I picked up the order the very next day. Two months later, the app is still showing me a red notification circle with the number 1 inside it as if I have not picked up my order. I have opened the notification tray, I have looked at it forwards, backwards, sideways, I’ve clicked it fifty times. STILL the red notification circle is showing as if I never picked up the order. Atrocious and frustrating!

    You will lose me as a customer simply because of frustration. Fix your app and do better programming so your app operates the way it is supposed to.

  • It’s an ok app

    It’s slow, and crashes sometimes but it gets the job done. I’ve noticed some coupons like “5% back in rewards” are only available on the desktop site and not the app. Some content is missing in the app. In the end it gets the job done and makes couponing and deal hunting easy to do in store.
  • Can’t delete items in cart in App

    There is no way to delete items from my cart in the app. I am using an iPhone XR. I’ve contacted customer service several times to no avail. The quantity section only goes from 1-10+. There is no 0. There isn’t any other way to delete items in my cart. I have deleted the app several times, but once I sign back into the app, the items reappear in my cart. I would like to take advantage of in-app specials, but can’t since unwanted items are in my cart.

  • Couple things...

    1) I tried unsubscribing from your pesky emails and that link was broken. The best I could do was reduce the volume of your emails.
    2) I had two items in my ‘cart’ and found no way to delete one of them. I got the chance to change from one to as many as I like but not zero. ‘Lil help?
    3) I really don’t care for apps that track what I looked at then bombard me with that same product like a sleazy salesman or those d****d telephone solicitation robots. That kind of slippery marketing gets stale real fast.
