Here’s what NEEDS to change:
-lack of voice chat capabilities
-UNBEARABLE amount of app crashes
-no color pen changing option for students
-no changing size of pen ink
-Pen frequently draws lines that aren’t necessary. AKA the pen AND your hand can draw a line at the same time.
-outdated look to the app
-glitches when you rotate the screen
-when you click the button sometimes it doesn’t bring you to the second screen, the button just freezes
-sometimes when you are waiting, even if a tutor becomes available, it still keeps you waiting so you have to relog back in
-tutors LOVE to waste your time

Very good on a tablet or computer
I was using this app on an iPhone, and wasn’t able to use the whiteboard function, which made the explanation a little hard to follow. I wish that there was a way to see the board and write on it when not on a tablet or computer.
You can use it as the last resource
I did not like the application. I find more helpful to use it in a computer because by error my phone shut down and I couldn’t continue with my section
An iPad app that doesn’t work on iPad
When it signs in, it says this app does not work on mobile networks, even though I’m on WiFi. The website doesn’t support iPad’s either, so I’m basically out of luck for assistance while I only have an iPad. I’m not buying a new laptop just for a few classes.
App ends unexpectedly
The app will unexpectedly. This is very frustrating after being in a tutoring session for 40 minutes and not being able to reconnect with the same tutor and having to start over. This happens every time I use the app.
Glitch
The tutor there were okay but it have too much glitch !Every time I work with the tutor it glitch and left the session and won't let me be back in . I have to wait for that tutor to end it and it seem very rude to left the tutor there by the self and wait ! I hope they fix this big issue!
Very frustrating glitches that ruin practice tests
The online version of this program is amazing, however this app has some sort of glitch that happens every time I attempt to take a practice quiz and it sends me to the App Store, and even when I click back to the tutor app it will continue to send me to the App Store until I close the tutor app completely and start over. I haven't been able to finish a single quiz because of this

Great but.....
This app is great! It helped me on a problem on a math homework. But when I went to go back to see my previous session, it said I didn't have any previous session. Please fix that problem. Other then that it is great!
This app...;(
I have had this app for quite a while and it constantly crashes. I have checked a million times and there is not updat or anything that should prevent it from working. Yet it continues to crash. I will be im the middle of a tutoring session and suddenly get kicked out of the app with no way to return the my session. I love the tutors and am grateful for the help they give, but the app and even the website crash so often. This crashing makes it very frustrating and difficult to get any help.
