  • Love it!

    I love their clothing, love that u guys got a shorter length for pants, I love most of the models who have the same type of measurements or body type like me and how I could see what the clothing looks like on someone to compare, the app is easy to use, I just wish some stuff in the cart could stay in just in case you don’t want to buy it at that moment, like basically you can check box the items you want to buy, and don’t check box some that you want to buy later on, would be easier and better if also want to see price differences. But overall this app is smooth and love frequent updates!

    This is the worst app ever. Every time there’s an update it erases all points you have earned and every thing that you bought disappears from your history ,,, so you don’t earn points SMH. I am extremely disappointed with hollister as I thought this problem was taken care of after my call in complaint yesterday when the lady assured me that when I created a new password I would get back all my earned points and rewards ❕❕😠❕❕ smh. I will find somewhere new to shop. My thread up. Or Shien. Either way I am done getting ripped off by Hollister , sad I have so many clothes and etc. from them. BUT NO POINTS FOR THE PURCHASERS WHICH IS PROMISED.

  • Unprofessional Chat Support

    I had an issue with my order via app, it’s more than 8 products. The box was delivered open and got only 2 products inside. I immediately raised the concern via chat support and by a great CSR provided resolution to replace the missing products as it is needed for my partner’s flight on the weekend. Today received notification that the replacements was in transit to deliver but another product is missing from the order even though I haven’t received it yet. Immediately chatted back and had GABRIEL whom asked me about the order number and provided about the DETAILED SCENARIO of the products that I received, GABRIEL asked for all of the SKU that I did not received. I told the CSR GABRIEL that out of 10 products I received 2, and knowing that GABRIEL got access to the account to see what’s missing. GABRIEL ended the chat as it shows ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY of any corporate/company.

    I am very thankful that I called and a wonderful CSR over the phone was able to provide resolution to the scenario about the said replacement orders, without too much hassle of asking for the entire SKU’s of all the products missing. Kudos for you ma’am, and hope you’ll be blessed.

  • Buyer Beware

    I placed an order through the app for the first time. When I received the order there was an item missing. I immediately called customer service and they sent out a replacement right away. Easy and now I feel confident that even though they made a mistake they rectified the situation. I placed another order shortly after. Again, an entire jumpsuit is missing. Of course the most expensive item in my order. FedEx took a photo of the undamaged package when they left it and it clearly only contains one small item. Hollister says that someone stole the item from the unopened package and they will not help me any further. They basically say I’m lying. I WILL NEVER ORDER or SHOP HOLLISTER AGAIN and I will tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me. I hope you get all your items if you do dare order online from them.

  • They lost my order 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    So about 2 weeks into my order not coming, I called them n they said they can give me free shipping (I asked) a 20% off coupon in the future, but they don’t know the estimated shipping date. So then I call 4 days later, which would be 18 days into not receiving my order. I was asking for a full refund but to still get my stuff cause it def shouldn’t take this long since their website says 14 days at most. They said no and I’m like aight. Then they finally tell me my package is lost ☠️it would be nice if I knew this earlier after my stuff being so incredibly late so the stuff I wanted would still be in stock. I know this can happen and stuff but I’m just lowkey mad about my stuff and just know they might lose your stuff and only tell you at the end of the 2nd call 18 days later😓I think they should tell you this in an email. Anyway about their actual stuff, I like their tops but some get worn out fast, and ion rlly like their jeans and shorts

  • Best jeans in the world!

    I have to say, I have tried so many different jeans, expensive and inexpensive, but Hollister has the best jeans that I have ever worn. I actually purchased my very first pair of super skinny jeans on an online resale app and fell In love. That’s when I decided to get the Hollister app, I was so surprised to see such a large variety of Jean leggings. I ordered like 8 pair and I have no regret. Normally I go with distressed jeans, but I needed non distressed, and I couldn’t be happier. For anyone second guessing whether to try Hollister, I definitely recommend them. Not to mention the sales that they have! Hollister definitely deserves a 5+ rating.

  • Your chat function

    When your estimation on response is way off maybe don’t add this feature.
    When you can pull the order information directly from the account or even have a prompt before I provided all the other information I do know then ask me about the order number. So I don’t have to exit the chat, copy order number, no where to find the existing chat then start all over again. The second the screen goes dark the whole chat disappears.
    I’ve spent 30 min on the phone waiting for a representative, then got hung up. Another 15 back and forth with Chat. Then it all disappeared. No where to search for a history.
    The order which tracking hasn’t been updated since 10 days ago with a shipping provider no one has heard before. I’ll have to invest more time to resolve it. EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN.

  • Choice of purchase

    I love Hollister, & i usually shop in store because that’s what I just do best. But because I like to take advantage of the rewards & keep track of my points, I decided to download the app and sign in. During signing in on the App, I was asked if I shopped male or female. I was surprised that there wasn’t even a “both” option. After moving in, I saw the opportunity to take advantage of 200 points by asserting a couple simple questions. The first question was if I tend to purchase female products or if I tend to purchase male products… okay, the 2nd time that has been asked and still no option for both.

    It may seem like no big deal but I think the reason why we love Hollister is because it makes us feel good, and it’s for everybody. Hollister is inclusive but the app is not. It’s 2023, almost walking into 2024. We should do it right and update that and have an option for both, because I always find different items there that I absolutely love & mix with options from both men and women’s, depending on the clothing… that’s what keeps me coming back.

  • Please be 100 percent sure of your purchase because return policies are ridiculous and impossible!!

    This store and company give you a HUGE hassle for returns AND even for exchanges! They actually expected me to ask a friend for the receipt just so that I can do an even exchange! When I say even I mean Exactly the SAME Item in the SAME color, I just needed a bigger size!! They made such an issue out of this.
    I can’t wait to see his company go down because I hate it when companies get big and then they become greedy and they treat their loyal customers poorly! I will be waiting for holister to go out of business. I can’t wait until the teenagers turn on this store.

  • App needs work

    I thought the App’s was great. Why do you delete previous order history? Why do you delete like item. I would love to come back even if it’s months later to see the things that I like even if they’re out of stock especially my purchase history because if there’s a pacific item or item’s that I’m looking for it would be stored in my purchase history these are the things that I would love if you can work on. Being able to go back and look at purchase history, and being able to have a saved like items in the heart category. Besides that everything is good.
    That’s the reason for my one star. It was very frustrating to come back and the things that I hearted were empty :-(
