journaling my grandkids
I'm 63 years old, and this is a great 5-star app for me to develop my life's story over time for my three grandkids. I have two suggestions: First, provide a way to prevent deleting a "chapter" by accident. Currently, it's too easy to press delete and all is lost! Second, develop a way to import text documents from emails to incorporate into Chapters.

Works great. Worth every penny.
It is divine to have an app that does artfully all it claims to do. I use it for journaling and organizing trial notebooks and evidence folders and photos. There are a few awkward steps -- like when start to open a locked notebook there is no way to back out of the screen without either closing the app or typing the passcode-opening notebook-then exiting to homepage and reselecting. Be sure to place a finger in the middle of the notebook icon when sliding to see other notebooks or it won't slide sideways easily or at all. But the functionality and the seamless export is great. I only wish it would store my gmail docs account for each notebook since they are locked anyway. Maybe the upgrade....!! Thanks Steve for such a good and well running app.

Excellent
I use Chronicle and I am happy to see Chapters! This app is streamlined and designed beautifully. Being able to easily keep notebooks allows me a level of super-quick organization that doesn't happen by using Notes or even Pages. As a teacher, I keep student and project notebooks.
Besides being able to email an entry, you can export a whole notebook via email. Googledocs, or webpage. Nice! (opps, just saw export to PDF coming soon, too!) This is my main note taking app (trying hard to ween myself from random papers and post its!). This app even gets one of the precious spots in my doc!

Terrific journaling app!
I've been looking for a good journaling app--and I've tried several, but Chapters is by far the best of the lot. It's easy to use and organize--truly intuitive, and while I'd like some other features--like capturing my Facebook statuses and Twitter tweets--I can't do anything but give Chapters five stars. It's a great app at a great price.

Just what I need
I travel and to have the ability to add multiple photos and resizing is great and makes the pages/journal entry far more interesting. I look forward to future updates, but if none, this works perfectly as is. Found it looking for a travel journal, but will also use for recording family history. Great app / great job

Index page
I start to use this application for different purpose of organizing. If we could have index page and when we write an index title it will open a page. When we have so many pages it is easy to find what we need. When we select particular title and it will directly go to the page we have been working. Please make this change. It is good product for organizing.

As a teacher, I'm quickly finding many uses for this App.; i.e., lesson planning notes, observation and behavior notes on individual students (grouped by class period and month as chapters), and other documentation needs (for example, by taking a picture of phone messages, sticky notes, etc. with my iPhone, I can place them into entries so I can keep follow-up notes together and throw away the small pieces of paper). That's just for starters. Some formatting features in the future will make this a five star App. I had some questions for the developer and got a very quick and helpful response. I also like Chronicle by the same developer.
