Very user unfriendly to overseas VIP members
Just finding a valid payment method was a big hassle. After jumping a lot of hoops, managed to pay via WeChat. But then received no login instructions. After a lot of trying, discovered YouKu emails couldn’t reach my local email account and I succeeded to reset password after switching to gmail acc.
Then disappointed to find most VIP video are not available to oversea viewers! At least should be able to filter out unavailable ones.

Pop up ads even if you paid for membership
This is ridiculous, who would want to be interrupted with pop up advertising in the middle of the screen when watching videos? This kind of business method is what gives Chinese a bad name in business overseas. You can bet I will not paid for any streaming services from any Chinese companies again.
