New update ruined it

Was working perfectly fine and now new update has it freezing almost upon immediately opening the app, even after closing and restarting phone. Horrible update

Reloading deleted shipments!

I’m logged into the App but occasionally it kicks me out. When I log back in, deliveries from months ago that I deleted pop back up. So I have to delete them all again, only to have them pop back up when I randomly get kicked out. Extremely annoying!

Less than satisfactory

I’m a retired letter carrier from New York City with 35 years of service. I’m also living here as well. I’m well aware of the demographics between the two countries as well as to the costs of running the service and just learned through the news that Canada post will be reducing deliveries from 5 days a week down possibly 2-3 days. Which means that layoffs will be involved, let’s see just how strong Union Leadership really is. By the way I also receive an overseas election ballot , mine was mailed out from New York this past February 7, 2024 for the primary in April and didn’t receive till a week past the voting date !!

Would not accept my American address

Everything is ok except when it wanted to confirm my address and it kept flagging my “municipality”. It does not recognize my American city.

A good idea that's not quite ready

I was delighted to find out about this app, but unfortunately I was disappointed. It only provides info about a small subset of your mail. For anything it classifies as "general mail" (including handwritten envelopes but Alstom other things where it isn't clear what the criteria are), you just get the number of pieces coming, no other info. The USPS version sends you an image of your mail, which would be super helpful here. If the could find a way to include all your mail then it would be perfect.

You get disconnected while searching for the information they request

This app works poorly. They asked for the address on the label and while I got it from the seller they disconnected me. When I tried to reconnect the app would not allow me to do so.
My package was marked delivered but never arrived

Tracking info does not update

Not sure if tracking continues once the item arrives in the US. Latest update is in Los Angeles. It has been there for 5-6 days. No movement.
