Frequent App Updates
Now to what you think is easier for prescriptions you’ve made it more difficult. Navigation is not easy or clear to navigate and get the the right information. In prescriptions, once you figure out how to get to all of your scripts, if you inadvertently click on refill button it doesn’t allow you to uncheck it. This leads to two completely extra steps and time the pharmacy would get back. As the guest I have to leave a message to ignore it and then they will call to confirm you want to cancel.
Again, better programmers and developers. Discussions with active users for feedback. You might be thinking you’ll just get a bunch of complainers. Establish the rules and guidelines for the discussion, set parameters on what concerns or ideas on how to improve it. I’m coming to the conclusion the developers do not use the site.
Not Liking APP Changes
Spotty
Also receiving text notifications is inconsistent. Sometimes I'll get notified when my order is received, sometimes when it's filled, sometimes both, and sometimes neither.
The third party discount search has never worked, it needs to be fixed or just removed. And there should be a way to add your discount or insurance remotely via the app rather than having to wait for the order to be ready and printed, then show your info to the tech, have them enter it and reprint it, then check out. It would be faster and easier for everyone for us to be able to add it ourselves before we even go pick it up. It would save everyone time, and it'd be better to see the actual cost of our med before we get to the store because sometimes when a new med is added it just gives the retail price and you don't know the actual price until you check out. Plus if you want to have your meds delivered but you don't have the discount/insurance added yet you have no choice but to pay full retail or go in in person to add it.
