Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the first note, which resonates to a frequency of 396 Hz. I wish I could have heard app this before I purchased. I just want to hear the tone, so I can choose to listen to it at work or to sleep. I do not need or want someone talking. I looked, but did not find an account link so I can cancel my subscription. I don’t want to be charged next year.

I highly recommend anything by Glenn Harrold. I have been regularly listening to his hypnosis/meditations for several years now. My 14 year old son has also been using several of his meditation sessions before bed, exams at school, and before hockey games. It has been incredibly helpful for his anxiety.

I listen to these every day. I don't do the guided ones very often more the shorter versions and just do my own focused breathing. I listened to the Third Eye "awake" the other day and was blown away by how good it was! I've had this for over a year now.

I am impressed with the bundle of Solfeggio apps I purchased. Diviniti Publishing’s choice of hypnotherapist is perfect. Glenn Harrold is effective, very easy to understand especially when he begins his hypnotherapy. Yes he does have a slight accent, as do we all. His voice is not harsh like some I have had the misfortune to hear during hypnosis Apps purchased. Nor is it sugary awful. He gives a lot of time for the listener to follow instructions/guidance too unlike other Apps of the hypnotic nature who seem to think we are robots and are not even allowing time for the breathing processes they request unlike Glenn Harrold who does! His understanding of people in need is probably empathic, in my opinion. Those who simply want, not feel they need, hypnosis, fear not, no hidden horrors in Glenn Harrolds works! I am extremely happy to have found his works. In Apps too, how convenient. Plug in the headphones, off on a pleasant journey that has definitely reached my subconsciousness and is filtering into my consciousness. At such a reasonable cost too. The Solfeggio Apps are unique, each one taking you on a different and very pleasant journey with ease, pleasing sounds and are having an effect of a positive nature for me. I often use them at night, headphones on, left in ‘loop’ mode and when I am waking I am feeling fine. The Apps have many options in them, loop being one, also an alarm, as in all the Diviniti Publishing Apps that I have purchased...The layout and instructions are simple to understand and there are no misleading or confusing in App purchase problems. Solfeggio-Great set of Apps! Worth every penny.
