I have terrible tinnitus and need a voice to help me avoid focusing on the sounds in my head. In previous versions I would have to start the audio again if I hadn't drifted off. Now I can use the loop feature to play the audio the entire time I'm asleep. It's also useful for returning to sleep quickly if I wake up. I also love the content. I have all the Solfeggio Meditations and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking effective meditation or self hypnosis app. They are effective for insomnia (obviously) as well as anxiety. ### 5/5 — Sound therapy *2014-11-02* My experience while listening to this was of an emotional release. It brought back some old memories from childhood that seem connected to some of the same stress I have been experiencing recently. I actually felt I was able to release those particular emotions because I became very emotional. I will continue to and see how it progresses. I thought I would just drift off like I do with other glenn harrold app sessions which are great with those deep affirmations resonating through my subconscious, but this one had me in tears so I felt I needed this release. How healing! Definitely recommend. The short version is perfect and the longer version with the guided meditation is very magical. The only thing I wish was to be able to have access of all in one app. I also understand that there are 6 original freq but now when I read or listen I see that there are 3 more frequencies a total of 9? I actually feel physical shifts and changes in my body while listening. Glenn's words are powerful and fitting. He states everything in positive terms, which is very important in these types of recordings. The music is magical. I also started looking to the Dream Dictionary for insight in to the visions I get from this meditation... pretty cool. I do suggest this app. However, don't let the sounds in this first one spook you... it is just sound... but a bit spooky at first. You learn to relax wit it. I just want to hear the tone, so I can choose to listen to it at work or to sleep. I do not need or want someone talking. I looked, but did not find an account link so I can cancel my subscription. Fix that and would give it a 5 star, it is a wonderful app! My 14 year old son has also been using several of his meditation sessions before bed, exams at school, and before hockey games. Glenn Harrold is effective, very easy to understand especially when he begins his hypnotherapy. Yes he does have a slight accent, as do we all. His voice is not harsh like some I have had the misfortune to hear during hypnosis Apps purchased. Nor is it sugary awful. He gives a lot of time for the listener to follow instructions/guidance too unlike other Apps of the hypnotic nature who seem to think we are robots and are not even allowing time for the breathing processes they request unlike Glenn Harrold who does! His understanding of people in need is probably empathic, in my opinion. Those who simply want, not feel they need, hypnosis, fear not, no hidden horrors in Glenn Harrolds works! I am extremely happy to have found his works. In Apps too, how convenient. Plug in the headphones, off on a pleasant journey that has definitely reached my subconsciousness and is filtering into my consciousness. At such a reasonable cost too. The Solfeggio Apps are unique, each one taking you on a different and very pleasant journey with ease, pleasing sounds and are having an effect of a positive nature for me. I often use them at night, headphones on, left in ‘loop’ mode and when I am waking I am feeling fine. The Apps have many options in them, loop being one, also an alarm, as in all the Diviniti Publishing Apps that I have purchased...The layout and instructions are simple to understand and there are no misleading or confusing in App purchase problems.
