I love this app! There are sometimes a few issues with sound quality but the talks are thought provoking and interesting. With most clocking in at a little over twenty minutes it's perfect for my commute home!

While growing up in a non-Catholic family in the 50's, I remember being drawn to the black & white broadcasts of Archbishop Sheen on TV.
As a youngster, he seemed a stern, serious and learned man that was hard to understand - but every time I watched, I enjoyed him.
Thanks for preserving and providing so many of these fine audio works of a great man. Many will be blessed by them.

I'm unable to purchase the rest of the talks right now because Apple is saying that it is unable to connect to its own store. I would have put "5 stars" as my title if I was able to buy the upgrade, but notice I still give the app the full 5 stars. These talks are so worthwhile that Apple is trying to censor them, in my opinion. I hope I'll be able to purchase the full library soon.

Wonderful app, quick developer response.
This review is long overdue, but a few months ago I brought up an issue I had prior to the previous update. When I wanted to hear a few words or sentences that I missed, I would have trouble sliding the timeline cursor back a few seconds-it was real easy to accidentally rewind over a minute or more, so I would have to listen again to get to that part that I missed.
I suggested more fine-tune controls for the timeline cursor, and the developer emailed me within a few days, telling me that it was a good suggestion and that I would see them on the next update. It wasn't long before that update rolled out, and it was just as I had requested. Thank you very much!!!

Wisdom from a Saint
Love this app more than any other! Each time I listen to Bishop Sheen I gain wisdom and he simply inspires me in so many ways! There are sooo many topics I can always find one that 'works' for me on any given day!
Wonderful but please fix it!
I love to start my day listening to Venerable Fulton Sheen but just in the last 2 days the app isn't playing. I select a talk, the talk opens but the talk won't play. On the left side of the time bar is 5:30 and on the right is -10:35. Beneath that is the point of light moving clockwise around a circle of short rays. Beneath that is the caption "Loading..." I miss Archbishop Sheen! I pray that you can restore the app's operation soon!

Well Worth It
As a student of Catholic Theology, Archbishop Sheen has always been on my radar, but actually listening to the man speak himself is more than a pleasure. For any questions on the Faith, or if you just need a refresher, Archbishop Sheen is fantastic at verbalizing the Faith and Dogma of the Roman Church. Well worth the few dollars I spent on such an amazingly in depth library of one of America's foremost Catholic Scholars and Apologists.

Bought the full version and worth every dime. My only gripe is that their is no offline mode. I'd like to be able to select a few talks to bring with me on car rides, but if I don't have wifi or a bunch of data left, I can't listen to them : -( but still such a great app!
