Connected. Quick. The lunch line, transformed. 3C Canteen replaces cash and ID cards with a single tap. Diners carry an NFC bracelet or a printed QR card; staff tap it on a phone at the till and the meal is paid in under a second. No PIN pad. No coins to count. No queue at the kiosk. Built for schools, universities, corporate canteens, and any food-service operation that runs a fixed roster of customers — 3C Canteen brings the convenience of contactless payment to environments where cards and cash both fall short. Three apps in one. For diners and parents: • Claim a 3C bracelet by tapping it on the back of your phone, or by scanning the QR card. • Top up via Stripe card, MTN Mobile Money, or Orange Money — whatever your canteen accepts. • See real-time balance and transaction history. Set per-bracelet labels like "Sophie's lunch" or "Marc's snack budget". • Lost or stolen bracelets are deactivated in one tap. Remaining balance carries over to the replacement. For canteen operators: • Onboard once, manage many sites — run multiple canteens from one account. • Build a master product catalog, then attach products to each canteen with their own price and stock flag. Currency follows the canteen. • Plan daily menus a week ahead with a clean per-day card view, or post a persistent shop list of always-on items. • Manage your team: PIN-only sign-in for staff, scheduled shifts, on-the-fly suspension, role-based permissions for cashier and NFC writer. • Reconcile end-of-day takings, see flagged transactions, export reports. For floor staff: • Sign in with a 4-digit PIN at the start of your shift. Sessions expire automatically — no risk of a forgotten log-out. • Charge shop items, run check-in / check-out, and prompt the diner to accept or reject the transaction on screen. • Goes offline gracefully: when service drops, transactions queue locally on the device and replay the moment you're back online. Nothing lost. Nothing duplicated. Trust by design. Every tag URL is HMAC-signed per canteen with a 256-bit key, so cloned and tampered bracelets never settle. Staff PINs are bcrypt-hashed; service-role credentials never leave our edge functions. Top-ups go through tier-1 payment providers — we never see card numbers.
