It is definitely not as concise nor clear as the web interface. Information are easier to understand and navigate, especially around progress of each bot. I almost sent message to 3 or more support members of 3Commas but my message has not been even read in 3 days. I hope the team consider expediting the process and provides normal support to customers whether they have normal queries or ask for refund and their behavior should not change. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. But it might just require more time and knowledge and ease of use. Lol ;) 🤑🤑🤑 ### 3/5 — Pros and Cons *2022-02-08, version 2.9.2* The service as a whole is pretty good, so I’ll just point out the areas that need improvement. First, and by far the biggest issue I’ve had with the app is a lack of nicknames for exchanges you configure. If you have multiple accounts at and exchange, they’ll be listed by the same name everywhere in the app. This makes it difficult if not impossible to know which account you are transacting with. Next encompasses a lot of cons, the mobile app is a second class citizen. Meaning it only has a fraction of the functionality of the web interface. This greatly reduces its utility, as many things can not be done from it. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. In desktop browser you can see your current USD balance of what is available for the bot. In the app you cannot. ### 2/5 — Wanted to love it *2021-12-10, version 2.8* I do love it and have been using smart trade with almost all of my trades, however I use this with kucoin primarily and when clicking on market sell through 3 commas, it does not sell all of my position which is the point of a market sell order... I have had to manually sell the rest of my position through kucoin after 3 commas had failed to sell all of my position causing me to lose more money from not selling fast enough- not once but 3 times now. I wish this wasn’t a problem otherwise it’s efficient and trust worthy. The support team gets back to you fairly quickly which is good. There is no way to use the 3 commas features with margin if you are in the USA. Make compatible with kucoin futures and fix your market sell bug and it is the greatest 3rd party trade enhancer out there... **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. One shouldn't have to pull down to force an update either on the iPhone app or the M1 enabled iPhone app. Not sure why the developer was so uninspired to not enable this feature when the subscription cost is so high. As for myself, I'll add one month to the 3-day trial period just to see how useful a service this really is despite the bad press out there. Instant updates, though, would go a long way to making me a long-time subscriber. Took my account from in the green to in the red by inaccurately calculating average buy prices and then automating sells based on that. Also I know algorithms aren’t perfect but pushing “strong buys” right before a crash is an icing on the cake. All this for $100/mo. Do your trades yourself, try another app, or hire a programmer. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2021-05-26, version 2.4* Doesn’t have the necessary tools to trade like the web app. Update from your response: Things I would like. Full feature-set to match the web front end Until then: Smart-Trades are not accurate. If you added funds it doesn’t show any of those numbers in the app. Notifications have been super inconsistent lately. Opened a ticket and said it is being moved from telegram. But not getting everything between the 2. Like no notification in the app today. Then random in Telegram. This app has not had much improvement in multiple years and light years away from catching up with the web front end. Is there a particular feature that you'd like to see improved? ### 1/5 — Kind of useless app *2021-05-12, version 2.3.1* You can’t manage bots through the app, which makes it kind of useless, especially for how much they’re charging for the service. ### 1/5 — Mobile app doesn’t work *2021-04-18, version 2.3.1* The mobile app does not work with 2FA turned on. It allows me to login, and then immediately kicks me out back to the login screen, making the mobile app unusable. When I login to the mobile version of the site on my phone’s browser, it works fine. Please fix the mobile app experience. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2021-04-05, version 2.3.1* There is no “blue cancel button”. When contacting support - Irakli - you only have a little more than 24 hours to respond or you case will be considered closed. Then Eduardo apologizes and states he’ll pass it on to the finance department to have them do something. Upon no response after 2 days and no monies back on PayPal account. Update.... It only took 8 emails with three different employees to get this sorted out. PS I love the blanket use of “full details on our refunds policy is located...” A company with that type of response (especially when I explain my dilemma) shows a lack of empathy and attention to details. **Developer response:** Hi! The trades that bright profit were smaller than the fees. I just watched as my account ticked downward with every trade. It also threw 50% of my bitcoin into ATOM even though i said only to use 25%. All in all, not impressed at all ### 1/5 — Too many bugs and not enough features *2020-03-30, version 2.0* Account value do not refresh. Have to kill the app and restart to get it refresh. Can’t create a smart trade on the app. Can start and stop bots but cannot create them. You would expect them to support their own exchange with the app but no. With the latest update that’s all changed it’s great, the devs really do listen to feedback and deliver. They provide tools to address all of these issues. I can pre-plan trades, then execute them and at some point I will hit the profit number I’m looking for and 3commas will execute the sell for me. I don’t miss out on the run while I’m sleeping and I always know how I’m doing in a position, even with many DCA buys. I can also tie into the 3 trading platforms I use and manage and trade them all from 3commas; freaking amazing! The bots are solid. I’ve used a few and I I like how they have set it up. You can adjust nearly every parameter or if you don’t know what you are doing, they will take care of all of that using a precanned bot. I wish they could build in the full platform into the app with all the amazing features from the web like the TradingView charts and signals. I’m sure they will get there though. The mobile web experience does what I need so not a deal breaker. This is probably the MOST important trading tool I use and I will gladly pay for their pro plan as it’s paid for itself 100x over. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We are working with Apple on adding more features and functionality. ### 5/5 — Amazing UI … you should just try it out. *2021-07-25, version 2.4.5* After some research and practice… this platform has some excellent bots, and an easy to read interface… the pricing structure is a little lopsided, (you have to go to the highest tier to have more than one bot, and they only give you a three day trial… who would try more than one bot in three days?) and they’re missing some common exchanges… but the interface, the UI …. So amazing. Worth it just to keep track of your portfolio distribution and exchanges… I actually bought the highest tier, only to have to ask for a refund because they didn’t have my preferred exchange… but this is still my go-to app for monitoring my cryptos… I’ll probably resubscribe as I learn more how their more obscure features can be used… ### 5/5 — Well done! *2021-05-20, version 2.4* I think I might like the app more than the web platform. I’ve been using 3 commas for about three months. Over the past month I have been using a custom tradingview script/signaler in combination with 3Commas. This is by far my favorite trading bot!
