It offers many options, and the AI makes bot setup very easy. However, there is no way to monitor what the bot is doing in real time on a chart or graph when using a Binance sub-account. If this feature existed, the experience would be much better. Aside from that, the app works well. **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest take, really appreciate it. That limitation comes from how Binance structures sub-account data and what they expose. The bot still runs fine, but the live visual tracking you get on normal accounts isn’t available there yet. They’re sneaky, their tools don’t work sometimes conveniently against your favor. They automatically charge your card for the full year ($455+) after the 14th day, which would have been fine if their website worked. The bots I had set up could no longer be edited and I was unable to create new bots because of an internal site error that said “Something went wrong. We haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause of this error.” I reached out to customer service, they made me record videos of the error, open up coding on my screen and eventually (after 5 days of asking them to help) said “there is no issue on our end.” I removed my wallets and cancelled my services with them. Use any other app to avoid this headache. They clearly do not have proper tech support on the backend and def not worth the cost. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry for the trouble you experienced, Matthew. They won’t let you login. It changes your IP address. I’ll let you login there and you change the password won’t accept your password. You can’t get any help from any person.
