IT WILL MAKE YOUR BUSINESS LOOSE MONEY ### 1/5 — Disappointing missing basic call blocking feature *2026-07-02, version 20.0.21* For a company as established and widely used as 3CX, it is very disappointing that the mobile app does not appear to offer a simple option to block unwanted callers. Spam calls are a daily issue for many users, and call blocking is a basic feature most phone apps already provide. The app may work for business calling, but not having an easy way to block spam numbers makes the user experience frustrating. This is something 3CX should prioritize and add as a standard feature. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent *2026-06-17, version 20.0.20* Sometimes it rings to my phone, sometimes it doesn’t. Left work, went to call a client and the app just says connecting. I get home and it works. I realized it only works while on WiFi. It then says I’m blacklisted. Reached out to IT and they added my cell phone IP to the whitelist. It still says IP is blacklisted….
