I thought I would be able to download my pattern and apply on it but unfortunately that not an option. Do you plan on the future this feature? Where can I find more tutorials on how to use this app? **Developer response:** This app is for creating 3D Cookie Cutters. Fusion 360 or Blender are your best options for creating texture rollers. Im not sure how to fix it! I’ve tried to use this app so many times and when I make something I love I try and send it to Google Drive and it always send the wrong files. So it’s literally unusable to me because I can’t transfer the files. Makes me sad. I wish this “glitch” could be fixed soon. **Developer response:** Sorry you are having trouble. I can create an entire set of differently-sized cutters in two minutes. I design in Silhouette, and create with this. The designer is fantastic, and very responsive to cries for help or suggestions for improvements. ### 5/5 — Just perfect *2020-11-16* We are making polymer clay cutters. This app lets us create anything we can imagine! Very easy to use and fantastic quality on our 3D printer. Amazing support from the author via her FB group. ### 5/5 — Doesn’t come in solid parts, needs to be united before you send to 3d printer. *2020-11-02* It makes the cutter and imprints, as long as you have a good image to start with. The only issue I have with it is the parts don’t come out as one part. The imprint and the backing are separate, as well as the cutter and supports are all separate parts. It creates an issue when trying to print them. When I the files in certain cad softwares it doesn’t show that but different cad softwares do and I am able to unite/combine the parts. Edit to add: when I originally tried to print them I used Simplify3d, when I use prusa there’s no issues. Prusa is able to connect all of the different parts/meshes and fill holes while Simplify3d isn’t able too. If your wanting to make cookie cutters easier this app will do it. When I use my iPhone it works a lot better versus my iPad. ### 5/5 — This app is fantastic! *2020-10-20* After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant. But so glad I went ahead and purchased. It does everything I need to! I love how I can adjust the size of everything including the walls and cutting edge! If the app isn’t freezing up it’s crashing and knocking me out of the app. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you are having trouble. This is a complex app and sometimes specific images can cause problems. Not useful and not eligible for refund. **Developer response:** This app doesn’t accept vector images like svg. I recommend using the smoothing slider if the details are not showing correctly. A complete waste of money and time and I am completely disappointed! Info@horsebytes.ca ### 1/5 — New version makes existing accounts have to pay *2022-09-04* I have had your 3D Cookie app for quite some time & finally got access to a better 3D printer so I can utilize it but I guess since you changed it to monthly subscription I can’t do anything with it. Just expressing a bit of disappointment I guess. I don’t know if I will just use it once for my month subscription or if I will really like it and use it often. I think it would have been nicer if you offered a notification about the major changes and a free trial subscription for a week maybe for those who already had your app. **Developer response:** There is no subscription to use the app. It is a one off purchase. There is a new, additional, very minimal cost, subscription feature that give you access to millions of shapes to use for your cutters. It creates a wall layer at the start of the handle and at the end where the edge blade starts. Basically creating a box shape with no room for cutting . I take off the edge blade and that fixes it, but still. That wall where the handle starts kills it for me😵‍💫 **Developer response:** So sorry you are having trouble with the printing. I was not literate in the process but discovered I could draw my patterns in ProCreate, import into this little programme and then export to my converter programme for printing. Easy to use!
