Z is up. If you’re going to bring objects into reality with AR and print sim, you have to abandon the graphics Y up scheme and use engineering coordinates. Robots, 3D printers, everything outside of the monitor is Z up. Basically anything you make AR in this app is on its front, not bottom. Also the AR size is consistently incorrect. I placed a few actual 3D prints next to an AR version. Some were larger than reality some were smaller. Nearly the entire range of the slider was required to make them all match in size. The size thing is pretty forgivable compared to Y being up, but if it was accurate it would be a pretty useful feature. ### 1/5 — Why isn’t Z up? *2024-08-06* Why does it use the Y axis as up in AR and print SIM? Nun wollte ich erneut testen, geht nicht. Kaufzwang. Also komm, waren „nur 2€“. Nun wird mein Modell 100x kleiner angezeigt, auf der Seite, obwohl es richtig orientiert modelliert wird und von anderen Programmen erkannt wird. „Färben“ färbt den Viewer komplett schwarz, also kaputt und unbenutzbar. Skalieren geht von 1-2 oder von 1-3? Jetzt ist mein 50cm Modell, das 0,5cm groß angezeigt wird 1-1,5cm groß. Cooler AR viewer. Jetzt verbringe ich den Samstagvormittag mit dem Überprüfen, ob eine Rückerstattung möglich ist. Тупые ненужные опции, какая-то примитивная эмуляция печати, не важно, в каком положении модель, она растет не по слоям, а по пикселям 🤣 Короче, кто решил тут бабла снять, даже не знает, как показывать модель и какие опции просмотра нужны людям. Не то что платно, бесплатно не нужен такой софт.
