3D Printer Toolkit is now free to download. Free users can save one printer profile and up to five text-only Part ID records. A one-time Toolkit Pro purchase unlocks unlimited profiles and records, photos, file locations, PDF sharing, custom label layouts, and AirPrint. RadPaul hardware printing remains available to everyone. This update also improves purchase restoration and clarifies Pro feature access.

This update expands direct printing support with two dedicated RadPaul printer options. Use the original RadPaul Printer for continuous non-adhesive thermal paper, or the RadPaul Label Printer for adhesive 57 × 30 mm and 50 × 30 mm gap labels. It also improves printer setup, custom naming, Wi-Fi password management, purchase guidance, and label alignment.

3D Printer Toolkit helps makers and work teams calculate, identify, and manage 3D printed parts. Use built-in calculators for hole compensation, thread fit, and pipe thread fit, then create QR-linked part records for physical printed parts.
Track part names, IDs, revisions, materials, print settings, costs, install locations, replacement notes, hard drive file locations, and part photos. Generate printable QR labels so coworkers can scan a part and understand what it is, where it belongs, and where the print files are stored. Export a PDF inventory list with photos for sharing, records, or shop documentation.
