The app is saying it won’t connect. Please help!!!

**Developer response:** When did you purchase the device? when you turn on the device did you see the laser light flash once? please email us at service@3dazer.com  and put "attn: Eric" in your headings.

Easy to measure and record specs on mobile and share with others like contractors, designers immediately. A little bit complicated to learn how to use the app at beginning, and the more you used it, the more you would like it.

The measurement is reliable, fast, and powerful. The device is made super convenient to carry and store. I use it along with app on both my iphone and pad. It is fun to play with the app and explore its capabilities. I love tagging my sketches and building a spatial arrangement project from scratch. Easy to manage and record bits of information whenever i have in head, whether during a road trip or waiting for the start of a movie. Look forward to new functions added!

Using the device, it lets me gather various  info of reno projects in the field; interior room dimensions and presentation floor plans with a sizable library of furniture, windows, doors, etc. I can also share project info with my colleagues as well! Thank you 3Daser the informative webinars!

Great product. I have a showroom and many clients. Now I don’t carry any longer my notepad measuring pan etc. I have this only device and app.. It’s my office on my phone. Cloud service is great all projects are stored there and can access at anytime... Thank you you saved me so much time. Recommend to all professionals. Easy to use navigate ...
