This product sounds great but unfortunately the service backing it is very buggy. Their support is terrible, often completely unresponsive.

Our team has since resolved the email delivery and scan-upload issues that affected a small number of users at that time, and we’ve also improved our support response times.

can’t create a login and password.

I downloaded the app but there is no greate account option. The only choices are sign in or forgot password. When I try to login using Apple or goggle it says I don’t have an account.

I’ll ask for a refund. This is really bad made. Other free DICOM viewers are way better. Don’t bother with this…
