Cannot use Apple wallet for tickets. The tickets do not show up after your purchase them. It wants all of your personal information and access to the contacts on your phone.  Why is all this needed for tickets?  This should be stupidly simple but it’s not.

I updated the app and it keeps showing an orange semi circle going around and around like it’s loading but it’s NOT loading. Totally frustrating.

One of the most frustrating app experiences I’ve had. Won’t allow me to login because it says I’m logged in on another device, but this is my first time downloading the app. Completely nonfunctional yet required for ticketing.

We must be subsidizing the development of this app with $20+ worth of fees. Its like they looked at Ticketmaster, LiveNation and Eventbrite and said, “We can do worse.”
I shudder to think what less-technical folks have to do to for admission to events. I’ll be visiting the box office in town from now on I guess?

I’m only using this app to see one show. I didn’t realize there would be an extra $22 in “taxes and fees” and then when I’m about to check out, another “transaction fee.” GOOD GRIEF FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING THAT IS BEAUTIFUL IN THIS WORLD STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Also…Bluetooth permission to access the tickets? No thank you.
