## What is 3E Fitness?

3E Fitness offers a range of Personal Training for all levels of fitness. We have 1 on 1, Small Group PT and Group Sessions all at our own private, welcoming facility that is child friendly and the flexible schedule is ideal for Mum’s! Always train under the guidance of our friendly, experienced trainers and never go it alone!
