There is not a point even describing every problem aspect of this application. I run my fleet with IPads using 3md and now me or my drivers can’t update or even log into 3md. I pay for the service but now I’m definitely starting to reconsider. I’m really starting to think as a customer that I’m not appreciated and I might need to take my business elsewhere. Please fix ASAP or I going to be forced to cancel with 3md and move on. ### 1/5 — Fleet all Apple *2021-12-07, version 4.6* My fleet is all Apple and 3MD made and update that only works for android. This is causing severe problems for my drivers not being Apple to get into their log. Seriously considering switching my fleets logs. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2021-12-06* Been using the app with no real issues. Then this morning it tells me I can’t log in until I update and sends me to the App Store where there is no update available. Now I am without logs and no update and no way to contact the developer. DVIR section is just horrible, you have to manually mark 60 points if you are doing full inspection. After last update my remaining driving clock is frozen, it displays 00:00 all the time. Also the new split regulation doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. Shorter split brake doesn’t stop the clock, so even if you’re doing split break based on new regulations this ELD will show you violation. ### 1/5 — Worst ELD ever *2020-01-31* How you get approved for this device? Keep up the good work ### 4/5 — More like an feedback *2020-06-12* While driving , tablet display is frozen all you can see is time to the next violation , i would recommend that at least to see the total driving time ,shift time during driving , also I would suggest when stop driving within a minute or 2 , automatically change status from driving to on duty , after another 15 min if driver not agreeing on his status , automatically go on offduty ### 3/5 — Features & Options needed *2021-07-24* Please add the feature or option for shipping documents pick up date delivery date start date and date on deliveries for example if I pick up on Monday and deliver Wednesday then I go home and take three days off the logs continue to show me under a load with the shipping documents and commodity that I picked up on Monday I have to manually go through and delete the shipment from each log for each day because I cannot specify pick up and drop off dates for my shipment ### 2/5 — Update *2020-09-15* The new update is terrible and hard to move around.
