The app glitches often and has logged me out multiple times to the point where I have had to reach out to my building manager twice this week for a new password because it signed me out and they cannot utilize the same authorization code. Not to mention even when the app is signed in you must be so close to the badge reader to the point where you must stick your arm and head out the window of your car or even get out of your car to allow for it to be a close enough distance to the reader.
