## What is 3PL ONE Mobile?

3PL ONE is a role-based mobile operations platform for transportation carriers, fleet operators, and repair-service businesses.

Teams can manage day-to-day assignments, operational updates, equipment activity, inspections, repair work, and company communication from one connected workspace. Features and records are tailored to each user's organization and assigned role.

Any eligible business can become a 3PL TEK customer. After enrollment, an organization administrator or 3PL TEK support provisions accounts for authorized users. An account is required because operational records are company-specific.

3PL ONE contains no in-app purchases or paid digital content.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.11.2 — 2026-09-29

Annual inspections now show every applicable check in one list with green Pass, red Fail and gray N/A controls. Failed items expand for a reason and optional photos. Saved answers remain intact when returning to review. Includes recent sign-in, repair completion and load-screen improvements.

### 1.11.1 — 2026-09-28

Updated repair, inspection, driver, and dispatch screens with a consistent modern layout. Load cards show city and state, short time-zone labels, assigned drivers and equipment, customer references, and available tracking information. Detailed loads organize route, stops, documents, and approved notes into tabs. Delivered, cancelled, and TONU loads are hidden from the default active board. Improved phone, tablet, and large-text layouts.

### 1.10.0 — 2026-09-27

Cancelled and delivered loads stay off the active load board. Truck, trailer, driver and co-driver details now follow each load's active dispatch assignments, including loads with multiple dispatch legs. Assigned drivers can see their trips and shared load instructions. Includes the Dispatch filters, load detail tabs and separate truck/trailer inspection workflows.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-09-26

Staff with the appropriate permissions can create repair orders from mobile using existing equipment, repair shops and templates.

Full equipment records now include unit details, maintenance history, inspection reports, documents and status history. Change unit status with a reason and optional note. Active repairs update equipment automatically; staff confirm when it is ready to go.

Find repair orders faster with search and status, priority, equipment and repair-shop filters.

DOT inspection entry is simpler, with no separate spare-tire, tire-tread or brake measurement fields. Pass/fail checks and sticker photos remain.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-09-25

Managers can browse and search repair orders, review mechanic notes, inspect annual reports and open supporting documents. Improved workspace navigation keeps fleet, approvals, parts and dispatch tools available according to your access.

Mechanic Chat now appears next to Hours in both app layouts. Improved conversation loading, saved drafts and message retry handling.

Includes annual inspection component checks, repaired dates, sticker photos and saved PDF reports, along with tire and spare tracking.
