콘텐츠는 너무 좋은데 앱 테크니컬 기능이 업데이트가 시급합니다. 방송 듣기하다가 유툽이나 음악듣기 앱으로 넘어갔다가 돌아오면 처음부터 다시 들어야해서 매번 앞쪽 부분만 듣다가 끝나내요. 듣기 기능을 업데이트 해주세요. 15초 뒤로만 가능한 것도 넘 불편해요.

좋은 방송 잘 듣고 있습니다. 팟케스트에서 업로드 안돼서 앱으로 다운로드해서 듣고있는데 이상하게 데이터를 많이 쓰네요 그래서 셀룰러데이터를 끄면 방송이 이어듣기가 안됩니다. 수정 좀 안될까요. 그리고 셀룰러 켜놓고 다운로드 방송 누를때 가끔 방송이 안눌러 지는건 왜인지… 수정 좀 부탁드려요

팟캐스트에 안올리고 앱에서만 제공하는건 이해하는데 최소한의 기능은 제공해야죠
로그인 풀린 상태가 ux상으로 직접적으로 표시되는것도 아니고 로그인 풀린 상태에서 듣다보면 재생하다가 중단했을때 어디까지 들었는지 기록이 안되서 너무 빡치네요
로그인 풀리는게 몇달 된것 같은데 왜 해결을 못하나요

안녕하세요. 삼프로 컨텐츠를 매일 보고있는 시청자 입니다. 좋은 컨텐츠를 제공해주셔서 감사합니다. 기존에 팟케스트를 이용하다가 더 이상 제공하지 않아서 어플을 통해 삼프로를 접하고 있습니다. 문제는 어플이 너무 불편합니다... 1. 컨텐츠 듣기를 눌러 방송이 흘러나오는 중에만 다운로드가 가능한 것이 너무 불편합니다. 원하는 컨텐츠를 제목을 통해 확인하고, 듣기버튼을 누르지 않고도 다운로드 할 수 있도록 해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 2. 그리고 다운로드 와중에 다른 컨텐츠를 살펴보고 있으면 다운로드가 중지되는 것도 불편합니다. 3. 종료 타이머가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 컨텐츠를 듣다가 15분 30분 뒤에 자동으로 종료되는 기능을 팟케스트에서 많이 사용했는데, 삼프로 어플에서는 되지 않아서 불편합니다. 고려해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 삼프로 화이팅
