## What is 3R PROJECTS?

3R PROJECTS brings your company's work together in one app: projects, work orders, quotes, invoices, payments, costs and your team's schedule. It's built for installation, maintenance, construction, IT and service companies that work both in the office and in the field.

FIELD WORK
• Work orders with address, site contact, priority and assigned technicians.
• "Arrived on site" and "Left the site" with the phone's location.
• Checklists, photo evidence and the customer's signature on screen.
• Works offline: whatever you do on site is sent automatically when you're back online.

PROJECTS
• Progress by task, due dates and owners.
• Notes, files and signed delivery reports.
• Post progress updates with photos for your customer to see in their portal.

SALES AND PAYMENTS
• Quotes and invoices with ready-to-send PDFs.
• Payments, deposits, credit notes and receivables by customer.
• Project costs and profitability.

SCHEDULE AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Calendar with your team's appointments, work orders and tasks.
• Phone notifications when you're assigned a work order, when a technician arrives on site and before your appointments.

FOR EVERYONE ON THE TEAM
• Each user sees what their role allows: management, sales, projects or field technician.
• In English, Spanish and Chinese.
• Use the 3R PROJECTS cloud service or your company's own server.

A 3R PROJECTS account is required. You can create your company from the app.
