By reading about yourself as the subject of the story, you can revisit experiences from a fresh perspective, recognize patterns, and approach difficult moments with more objectivity and self-compassion.
How it works
Write a full diary entry, paste one from your clipboard, or collect quick thoughts throughout the day with Snippets.
Choose a date and mood color to give the moment context.
Process your notes using on-device Apple Intelligence when available, or choose online AI processing.
Revisit the rewritten story, a short summary, automatically generated tags, or your original words whenever you like.
