Dommage . ### 2/5 — De gros soucis d’ergonomie *2022-11-04, version 5.1.2* De bonnes choses, comme la possibilité de visualiser les empreintes en mobilité, bluffant de fluidité. Mais contrebalancé par des problèmes indignes : impossible sur un cas de connaître les détails : aucun moyen de lire la fiche praticien et de prendre connaissance de la date de livraison demandée et des détails de la commande. Et encore mieux côté labo : pour un grand nombre de cas les demandes apparaissent avec une pastille reprenant les deux premières lettres du nom du praticien : problème : la majorité d’entre eux se sont enregistrés an indiquant docteur ou dr : toutes nos commandes viennent donc de do ou dr. Impossible de différencier. Vraiment dommage. Une bonne idée au depart qui tourne court vu les soucis d’ergonomie. Peu pratique au final ### 1/5 — No funciona *2019-03-30, version 4.1.2* No funciona Bien in iPhone X , no reconoce al usuario después de abrirla unas cuantas veces. Para que vuelva a funcionar hay que eliminar la app y reinstalarla de nuevo. Y así sucesivamente. Tengo la ultima versión de IOS 12.2 y cuando quiero abrir la aplicación me dice que tengo que actualizar a 12.1.1 o superior. Con lo que en este momento no la puedo usar. ### 3/5 — Needs Touch ID/Face ID Compatibility *2019-02-06* I agree with the reviewer from May of last year. It’s a great app, but typing a password with each use is very cumbersome. The developer responded in November of last year and indicated that functionality is coming soon. Thanks. ### 3/5 — Needs option to save login credentials *2018-05-02* Hey guys, awesome app, I’ve really only one suggestion, and I’m certain I’m not the first to mention it. There needs to be an option (functionality) that allows for saving login credentials. It’s kind of a hassle to have to re-enter password every single time app is opened. Face ID/thumbprint login would be ideal. Otherwise a great app. Thanks. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review! But subsequent renderings have been buggy at best. The company states that they are "fixing" the problem, but to date, it still needs help. Can't communicate with the lab with communicate. Je ne comprends donc pas l’utilité ni l’existence de cette application… ### 1/5 — No RPD shown *2021-09-30, version 4.1.12* The RPD frameworks are not displayed. ### 1/5 — WARNING: August 2020 - Version 4.1.8 breaks the app! *2020-08-11* When running Version 4.1.8 released in August 2020, the app crashes whenever you use TouchID or FaceID on all 8 of our office’s iPads. Very frustrating and looks quite unprofessional when showing patients. As a result we are not longer allowing treatment educators to use 3Shape Communicate as an education tool for patients. It’s a shame as the app used to be amazingly reliable. ### 1/5 — Cool in theory but so buggy it doesnt work *2019-05-14* Neat app but we sent 10 test cases to our own iPad using another login. All complete dentures, none of them show the denture base just the denture teeth (glue in arch). Sliders only hide/show the impression and bite registration. Not useful at all without that? Randomly crashes as well but mostly workable otherwise. I’m our companies CTO/CIO and we’re using iPad Pro 3rd gen 12”, fastest tablet you can get. I’m sure if I can’t get it to work I bet most dentists certainly wont ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2019-04-21, version 4.1.4* Only login at the first time. When run the app again, failed to login. My staff used to use Medit scanners, but they now feel Medit scanner like a foreign object in their hand. Trios 5 is cordless!! It is easy and convenient to use. The scanner scans the entire arch within a minute with clear image by one person. Soft tissue is easy to manage. The best bit is being able to look at my preps in 3D and show off to patients and colleagues.
