App funktioniert nicht. Kann nach bisherigen Erfahrung nur abraten, 3Shape Produkte zu kaufen. Tolles Marketing, nichts dahinter.

Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie 3Shape so eine unnötig komplizierte Lösung auf den Markt bringen kann und damit durchkommt. Auf der Zahnarztseite sieht alles soweit gut aus, solange man nur einen Scan verschicken möchte. Will man noch ein Intraoralfoto o.ä. als Anhang versenden, braucht man schon viel Zeit und Geduld. Auch der Laborauftrag ist eine Katastrophe. Das Labor soll hier irgendeine Datei einlesen mit den angebotenen Materialien, die der Zahnarzt dann aussuchen kann. Ich frage mich, ob irgendjemand das jemals so umgesetzt hat?! Warum so kompliziert? Es könnte so einfach sein. Kein Mensch hat die Zeit sich mit soetwas im Praxisalltag auseinanderzusetzen. 
Am schlimmsten sind die ständigen Beschwerden der Labore, die trotz zahlungspflichtigem Abomodell ewig brauchen, um an die versendeten Daten zu kommen um damit weiterarbeiten zu können. Warum werden einem hier Steine in den Weg gelegt. Ich rate dringend davon ab, sich einen Trios mit dieser Software zu kaufen, es sei denn man steht auf viel Frust. Ganz schwach.
