I cannot say enough great things about 3X4 Genetics. The entire journey was eye-opening. The insights are specific, actionable, and feel truly personalized to me, not just generic health advice.

This app has been a wonderful enhancement to my 3X4 experience.  It reinforces recommendations from my practitioner plus keeps me motivated and on track with my wellness plan. I refer to it before I plan meals for the week or if I'm searching for root causes of a particular condition. There was a learning curve to know how to navigate, but now it's nice to have all my genetic info on my phone for quick reference wherever I am.
