成金大作戦シリーズの決定版4で、数多くのユニットが最大5つの軍が入り乱れて戦う本格的な戦争シミュレーションゲームです。

ターンごとに歩兵、戦車、爆撃機、巡洋艦などの多彩なユニットに行い、全ての敵を撃破し拠点を自分のものとしてください。

戦略性は高く本格的に楽しめますが、初心者でも遊びやすい作りにはなっています。

新たなマップが毎月ダウンロード可能です。

プレー条件は自由にカスタマイズ可能なので、同じマップで何回も楽しめます。

決定版4より新たに装甲戦車、対空駆逐艦、空母、迎撃機などの通常の新ユニット、弾道ミサイル、魚雷などの一度攻撃するとなくなる消費ユニット、成金ユニット（ターン収入を底上げ）などの補助ユニットが大量に追加されています。

これまでにない市街地の地形も登場し、よりステージが多彩になっています。

また、新たに作成可能な都市も増えています。

一面の左側の都市が進行不能になっていて最後まで攻略できません。多分バグだと思います。1面終わらせないと2面に行けないみたいだし、どうすりゃいいのよ⁈

近頃の戦略シミュレーションゲームは本格戦略バトルなんとかと謳いながら実際は一部のキャラ、課金勢が無双するゲームが大半だがこのゲームは戦争においての戦略の初歩をしっかりと学べる。ただ「成金大作戦」という名前がダサい....

しかし3以上の軍が入り乱れた場合、しばらくターンを回して資金を潤沢にすると簡単にクリアできてしまう。しかも、そっちの方がクリアターンが早くなることが多々ある。
1対1の方が出遅れるわけにもいかないのでより戦略的で面白い。

迫撃砲みたいに
射程が短い代わりに展開と機動力が優れているとか、

工兵や機雷敷設艦、掃海艇みたいに
地雷や機雷、ドラゴントゥースや鉄条網などの障害物を敷設したり除去したり、
電話、無線機、その他パイプライン ( の概念をまず入れてから … ) を引いて都市や工場が機能させられたりできるけど武装が微妙とか、

狙撃兵みたいに
歩兵のくせに射程が長いけど接近戦ムリとか、

哨戒ヘリや雷撃機みたいに
火力ハンパないけど潜水艦にしか攻撃なり妨害行動が取れないとか、

電子戦機みたいに敵の視程を阻めるとか、

トリッキーな兵種が増えるといいなぁ。

序盤は楽しいけど、終盤の敵ユニット全滅させて、ほぼ勝負決まったような状態からの敵都市全て占領しなきゃいけない作業がとても面倒くさいです。首都陥落か敵ユニット全滅で勝利とかにして欲しいです。
その他はとても楽しいです。

面白いんですが、難しくする方法がカスタムして相手の物量をただただ増やすだけなので一度やり方を覚えてしまうと最初さえ乗り切ってしまえば負ける要素がない
あとはただの消化試合になってしまう
最近流石に飽きてやる気が起きない
AIをもっと賢くして欲しいです
