Awesome game. Bit slow to start but aren't all sim games? Now that the money's rolling in it's great. I agree with some of the other reviews. The room side of things will only get used once when it's running in the background and if you have a long nights sleep you'll end up with a few businesses burnt to a crisp.
The biggest downfall is no ability to move things. Sure you can destroy things and rebuild them but you lose half the value of the item :-(

There's a little bug
After update, you can't place the 3 squared hotel rooms in side, there's still a square, please change back the mode to hold your finger to the building, and paste it.Colin Wu

The best game ever! The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star review is because there is not enough items to be able to be purchased and it would be good if you could move things around but it is certainly my favorite game and would defs give it two thumbs up!Ohmybuddah
Addictive!
This is my latest mini addiction. A really fun game with lots of game play and a good progression to keep you interested. It's complex so will need to be developed and debugged for a while yet. I've just lost the income from my entertainment venues for one!

Improved build mode?
More like totally broken build mode. Can't drag things to where you want to build them. Now there is no way to progress the game. This game went from fantastic to useless.Akela4

Good game?
This game is by far a great one, only let down is some bugs, I have had plenty of fun playing it for the past few days, and all of a sudden the time stops, I have deleted and rebooted my iPad, but the time is still on a continuos laps from 11:0pm to 11:10pm going up in 2 min increments. Because of the time, I cannot play because it will not let me build anything as that time stuffs up as well, therefore I cannot collect any money, and none of the people rent the rooms. so PLEASE! fix these bugs and release an update soon because I really enjoy playing!!!Show lessBrainden
Much better on iPad
I've used the iPhone and the iPad versions now and the iPad version is better, not just for the bigger screen but it is also less buggy.fatboyfat_uk
Great game
Very addictive， and the graphic is nice. Would be better if tapping each and everyone of the rooms to collect rent and updates with new shops and entertainment venue. Thanks for the game！leonard24
