System went wrong when claiming a book, and bad customer service, never solve the problem

網站可以登進去 App登不進去 有點傻眼😅
Can’t see any items in my cart
Suddenly, the system went wrong. I added items to the cart and clicked check out. BUT nothing is showing there and I cannot make the purchase. Please fix it at earliest possible. No one can buy anything via app with this terrible bug.
一個網路書販怎麼可以把app做得這麼爛？
如果可以給0分，那就連這顆星都沒有。

Absolutely not worth it! Terrible business model. Ebooks only available through a very limited app. Lack of customer service amor clear instructions! Took me a whole day to resolve the issues involved to open my ebook in the app. Including a £40 phone call to Taiwan
You guys have a very different view of what "application" should be
At least don't ask me to re-enter my ac password to check my delivery status.
