(it is 2026) *2026-06-13, version 2.10.4* 407 recently changed the app, deleted all past notes !!!!!??? And advised it will now take 3 days before trips take. Are posted in the app with the cost. They advise this delay is to make sure costs are accurate…what are they doing behind the scenes…manual processing???? In today’s work of AI agents doing thing instantaneously, 407 seem determined to stay grounded in the 1980s. Given all the money they make from the most expensive toll route in North America…one would think they could fix the programming. This cannot be done in the app. I called in and spoke to an agent. She told me that I should check back on my app after 10 days and the vehicle will be added. Nothing happened. After 30 days, I called back. The next agent told me that I need to use the vehicle on the toll road and it will be added to my account and I can use the promotion. That’s a bit shaky because, if the vehicle does not qualify for any reason, I would have to pay the full toll fees. They cannot add the vehicle. I am more likely to use my EV than my 4x4 pickup truck for long trips on the toll road. They offered a call back to assist further. Unfortunately, the call back will be after the promotions have ended. It’s a bit of a mess for something that should be fairly simple. I just need to add my EV to my account. I guess that this is the reason that I will not use the toll road. Their billing and accounting is not simple or transparent. And the rules change from month to month. ### 1/5 — Junk *2026-04-14, version 2.10.1* Terrible. So useless to me ### 1/5 — Please fix the trip history *2026-08-24* Please fix the trip history, every once in a while I have a trip that for some reason will never show up in the app only for me to find out a month later in my statement.
