Simple and logical program
Very useful program without being unnecessarily complicated. Multi platform. Online sync. Intuitive interface.
Simple, effective & versatile
I was especially impressed with the fact that you could transfer tasks to your calendar, reminders and emails! Regular emails of your tasks means you will never lose them if your phone breaks. Login to the website and get it there too! Absolutely fantastic!!
Life changing
Super powerful yet simple concept that really allows you get things done. 3 years after coming to ios, god knows how many apps and money later; but finally i can organise myself and complete tasks more efficiently than i could imagine. Support the service, i can't live without it after only a week.

Love it
This is fantastic for me as a director of my own creative company. I constantly have 40 things that need to be done "today" and this simple yet powerful tool helps me see it all clearly and not get overwhelmed by the work.
I don't use the web service or subscribe just the app on my iPhone but I must say its an amazing tool.

Great for major projects & syncing to desktop
This app kept me sane in the final two months before my wedding. It enabled me to create different screens for each major project, and I could drag tasks into one of four quadrants based on the priority matrix (urgent & important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent/ not important). I paid for the windows desktop app as well so that I could update that way. Sync worked perfectly each time. I could open a screen that just filtered out my tasks from the first quadrant for every project, which made it easy to determine the imperative and urgent steps. Same applies for the tort categories. I could also assign deadlines to tasks (such as paying vendors). I found this far more useful than Omnifocus because of it's four quadrants and filtering options.
I would recommend it mostly for big projects and if you will use it on your desktop/work computer all day. It's not ideal for me for everyday life because input is too much of a hassle and I do not have an office job. It takes extra clicks to open up an item to assign an icon if you want to sort them with the gtd method. There is no keyboard shortcut for assigning icons. You also cannot drag a task from one project to another, at least not on the phone from what I can tell.
For my everyday life, I'm trying out Sooner right now. But I'm keeping this app for any other major projects that come up.

Great app
I've downloaded lots of time management apps but this is hands down the best. Built around proven quadrant principles, it is a gem. I like the good reporting and flexibility in moving tasks between projects. The Master View is fantastic for the complete overview. Forget about the rest this is the best!

This app keeps a forgetful, crappy multitasker organized!
I love this app. I'm a social worker who works in a very chaotic environment, and I am a completely lousy multitasker. There's always something new coming at me when I haven't had a chance to get the old thing done, and different tasks change in priority depending upon what's happening on any given day.
My favorite features this app are how you can just drag one task to a different priority category at any time; how when you set a due date the time you have left to complete it shows up right next to your task; how you can reset the due dates for ongoing regular projects; and how you can slide the grid borders around.
Feedback: I would love to have the option of changing the colors and the headers on the matrix.

Really easy to use, full help menu if you get stuck, plus several time managing templates for you to start with, based on proven business models like SWOT and important/urgent
Priority matrix
I am happy with the application. Shades of Eisenhower and Covey. Intuitive easy to use. Find great on the mobile to quickly check tasks and be onto my key most important tasks

I have tried a number of task management apps, and this is by far the best! Unique way to organise your projects and tasks, and with all the features you would expect, such as being able to add notes, and record a tasks progress, and set deadlines! Amazing how many other apps don't allow these basic requirements! Get it, get things done!!!
