Не работает, требует регистрацию, при регистрации пишет «регистрация не возможна данные не удалось почитать, не верный формат данных»

При попытке регистрации выдаёт, что введён неверный формат. При этом что не так не понятно. Мучилась час, пытаясь испробовать различные варианты ввода, все безрезультатно. А без регистрации в приложение войти нельзя. Туфта полная. Удаляю.
