Slow videos
I like the app but the videos are so slow I have to wait another minute for it to load but it is a bit frustrating to use I have been a redskins fan right win I was born.
Bad!!!!
This app is horrible it’s rated a 2.6 needs a lot of work before I download it again!!!!

I was hoping for just a modicum of impartiality but no. After each loss there’s barely any mention of the horrendous plays and play calling. All the negatives are whitewashed over. No mention of coaches or players on the hot seat. Also I used to be able to pick up the radio broadcast off the app but no more. I’ve been a Redskin fan for over 50 years. We deserve better!

Waste of time
Doesn’t work! The download is the only thing in the app that works. Shame it doesn’t work because it has great potential for true Redskin fans.

I’m stuck at work and can’t watch the game. You would think a team specific app would be of some help, to no avail. Get it together! #HTTR
So frustrating!!!
I’m a devoted fan in New Jersey and was excited to download this app and listen, maybe even watch, the Redskins preseason games on it. I can’t figure out for the life of me how to on this app without signing up for NFL Game Pass. Not happening because I already pay for NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV as well as an additional monthly charge for the regional sports on Channel 642 so I can watch the pregame and postgame.
And..... does anyone know how to clear the notification badge (without turning it off obviously)???????? I have 4 now and can’t figure out what to open in the app to clear them!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡

Sign in, sign in, sign in! And sign in again!
Gold season ticket holder, and every time I click on something related to my account, I have to sign in, again and again. And don’t even think about going back to a previous screen...sign in again. There is this thing called a session cookie...use them please! And why do I have to leave the app for some actions? What’s the point of a mobile app if it just dumps users out to the very non-mobile web site? Let’s talk about navigation and buttonology, both stink! If you want some help with human factors engineering, give me a call...wait, let me log in again.

Misleading
You can’t listen to a live game with this app. Way to keep your out of market fans engaged. Given the last few years of on field performance, I fail to see where you can avoid an opportunity to keep us interested.
Disappointed
As a life long Skins fan living away from the DC area I was excited to get an app that would keep me abreast of the teams ins and outs. The problem is this app doesn’t show everything nor does it allow me to search certain topics so I can find what I am looking for. All you get is posted news that the team want you to see not answers to questions like what is going on with our second round running back that was injured before seeing him play. If there is a way to find that news it seems to be to complicated for this man.
The worst part is every day I have a growing number on the phone telling me there are things to see yet neither I or my son can figure out how to make that number go away. Maybe I have to literally watch every video and read every article and look at every picture.
Just thought a storied franchise could do more for fans online since we are stuck in a perpetual mode of mediocrity. Never good enough to win anything yet never bad enough for a good draft pick
