Always use guest sign in
I’d love for signing in with an account to work but it never does. Thankfully signing in as a guest is all anyone needs. App works well. Simple and to the point.

Great clips is highly overrated than what it is.
Wait Times Will Vary Drastically
This app will basically tell you what the lineup is currently like at the shop, although that may change drastically before you get there.
You are not actually ‘checked in’ until you show up in person and they check you in. (You get the little green checkmark beside your name.) Until then, you will continue getting bumped down the list. This means that someone who checks in after you, using the app but happens to arrive at the shop before you, will be served before you.
Also, anyone who shows up asking for a “fix” goes straight to the front of the line although this isn’t posted anywhere that I could see.

Don’t waste you time and device memory
Very disappointing there is no discount or promotion on the app. Two stars because you can check in on the app but you can also do that in line with out the memory the app uses in your device. They say the reason is each salon is independently owned. But so is Macdonald, Dairy Queen , and more and they have promotions on thier app.
