  • Issue adding card

    Tried using this today. It was straightforward to find my movie and seat, but when trying to enter my card to pay for a ticket, it gets stuck on a spinner for over 5 minutes, never completing.
  • Bug

    Good for buying tickets but if I exit out of a purchase and come back for the seats they’re unavailable when I know I was the last person the click on them
  • Scammed out of $50

    Bought two adult tickets after putting my card information in. Shortly after confirming my purchase, I was met with a pop up stating the following, “Failed to create order”, claiming that my card information may have been wrong and to re-enter my card information. Like any regular human being, I did just that. And after being met with the same pop up, I decided to check my bank account. To my surprise, two payments of $25 went through. I went back to the app clicked the bottom right to see if my tickets were there, and they weren’t. I also was never sent an email of my tickets, despite putting my email. So now I am $50 poorer as a result of this app, with no tickets to show for it. Also, just to make this clear, I was made aware from a friend after the matter that you must login and make an account before purchasing. However, it was my first time ever using this app, I was never made aware of this by the app nor given any pop up directing me to make an account. I give this app 1/5. Glitchy, dishonest, and unreliable. P.S I also can’t even put in my card information now without being met with a never ending loading screen.

  • Needs multiple payment options

    Love using the app to buy tickets to our new Cinegrill theater, but we have a gift card balance that is less than the total of what our tickets costs. We can only buy tickets with one payment method. It would be nice to be able to use the gift card balance and make up the difference with our credit card. So we can’t use the gift card balance until we go to a concessions stand at a standard theater?

  • Require full calendar access to add calendar event??

    Quite slow compared to other theatre apps. Checkout experience isn’t ideal either. But what took me over the edge was the fact that the app was asking for full calendar access to add my movie event to my calendar. That’s just lazy and bad security practice. Please get better so I can increase my rating!! The app isn’t bad, but has some rough edges to smooth out.

  • Update is horrible

    I get to payment and it times out waiting over 5 minutes for the payment to take. Then when you back out you have to wait for the seats you want to reopen. So frustrating and you have to pay an additional fee? Not worth the hassle.
  • Didn’t let me purchase on the app

    I added my card and just kept loading, tried again and the same thing happen. Had to purchase on the website. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work. If they could add Apple Pay that would be get for now I’ll use the website or Atom.
  • Good app; room for improvement

    The app works good most times, but has recently grown prone to crashes and issues with the “Add to Calendar” feature. This has only been observed on the recent versions of the app.

    Also here to echo the additional fees added for each ticket. If the customer can do it online, it should be more convenient and at least a little cheaper than what is currently implemented.

  • Do you like updates???

    Would you like an app that you have to update every time you open it? Then this is the app for you? Do you also like paying $3 for the ‘convenience’ of a company to not have to hire someone to talk to you? Then this is the app for you.
  • Good Theaters, Bad App

    The app has problems everywhere.

    I love that it locks seats when you choose them but doesn’t save your cart so when the app crashes trying to buy tickets those seats are now lost and unavailable.

    I seriously question how companies roll out apps so half baked.
