Bad products, platform filled with scammers
Shops make profit with the outrageous amount they charge for delivery, and pay at collection service they offer.
They sent a damaged or low quality product, then- following your complain -the next day or two they sent another damaged product to make good on their word for the damaged product they sent you and that product is worst than the previous one!
You just lost your money, because they become arrogant on the phone - if you call them!!
Skroutz should take responsibility for the fraud that's happening on their platform! ( shops and courier companies )
Fake photos, different products, fake products, you should clean up your business Skroutz, you really should! No one feels safe shopping on your platform anymore! Offering Plus ( or however it's called) service it's like you've been living in another reality, you need to address the issues your customers are experiencing or maybe wait, we are not your customers the shops are, no?
Fine them, stop their business for a period, check them often, redirected sales should be recorded too, there should follow specific rules regarding customer support and product quality.
There are plenty of things to do to make sure that your actual customers are protected! You don't respect my time ( or any of your customer's really) and you don't protect me as your customer! I was just looking for something (that's what triggered this review) and the shop you recommended is the worst of the worst lol, they send me twice a fake battery ( juice pack) what a waste of time!!!! And of course I lost my money!

Terrible processing and delivering of orders
Customer service is ineffective at least in relation to ACS.
The app should have had an option to CHOOSE your courier AND/OR at least give a discount to pay for my time standing in the queue - which anyway I can’t as I have mobility issues.
I have bought Skroutz Plus but I can’t get ANY parcel delivered to my place if it’s handled by ACS.
Skroutz does not do anything about it.
