Needs an update - crap app
App used to work great however besides watching live video it does nothing.
Time Out
After launching the app for 10 minutes, it times out. The screen goes black, and returns to the iPhone/iPad Home Screen. This has starting occurring about two months ago.
Crap app.
Can’t search on app. App will crash every time you try to search anything on the cameras
Needs an update
Every time I try to search a choose a camera it closes the application. Needs to be updated as soon as possible.
Unable to search back
Since upgrading my iPhone, I am unable to search/view prior cameras activity. I called AdT and person was not able to assist me

Bad quality cameras
I don’t understand how ADT still uses this bad quality camera not even close to HD!! Very unhappy with the quality. You can’t even tel one person from another. It’s 2019 get yourselves up to date please!
Unreliable connectivity
App loses connectivity. ADT IT support was unhelpful. After numerous repeated attempts to install or re install on several devices, we had no success. Worthless

Since Apple’s last update to IOS 11.4.1 this Matrix App no longer shows the cameras!
Not good at all
We must have crap cameras, but what annoys me the most is that I can not perform a search remotely. My camera for my home, not adt cameras, you can actually see and make out faces better and no fees. Not only that but I can search through the whole day or previous days. ADT seems to behind in everything!!!! I’ve nothing good to say about their products except look elsewhere and save yourself money
